Mrs Janet Obeng aka Obaa Afia lived most of her life in Nyinahin, Ashanti Region. She was a devoted Christian and lived an exemplary lifestyle. She was a cocoa farmer and trader as well. She did good to all manner of people. She provided food, water and clothing and sometimes provided shelter to both those who shared her faith and strangers. Unfortunately she was diagnosed with kidney disease and lived with it for over 10years. During those years her children and family put her through series of medical treatment including Hemodialysis and Kidney Transplant. Unfortunately on November 28, 2018, God called her home to give her eternal rest..
